Where is your cacao sourced?
Our cacao is sourced direct-trade from one of the first organic and regenerative farming cooperatives in Ghana where farmers are paid a premium for their beans.
Does your chocolate contain
heavy metals?
Our cacao has been tested SAFE for both lead and cadmium. It is 50% below the California MADL for lead and 75% below the California MADL for cadmium.
Is your chocolate allergen-free?
Our chocolate is naturally free of dairy, gluten, and soy, but is made in a facility that handles those allergens.
Is your chocolate vegan?
Our chocolate is vegan except for our Lavender Rose bar, which contains bee pollen.
How should I store my chocolate?
Store your chocolate in a cool, dry place such as a kitchen pantry between 40-75F.
How do you ship chocolate
in the summer?
We offer a no-melt guarantee, shipping chocolate with ice packs and insulation via two-day air.
