Spring & Mulberry Lavender Rose Date-Sweetened Dark Chocolate Bar, broken into shards

ripe organic peaches, halved and pitted

1

cup organic strawberries

1

cup fresh organic blackberries

1

cup fresh organic cherries

2

organic kiwis, sliced into rounds

Tablespoons bee pollen (optional)

teaspoon dried rose petals (optional)

Fresh lavender sprigs (optional)

Edible flowers (such as pansies, violets, or delphiniums, optional)

Directions
  1. Prep fruit. Wash and dry berries, cherries, and peaches. Halve peaches and remove pits. Slice kiwis into rounds.
  2. Arrange plate. On a large serving platter, nestle peaches, berries, cherries, and kiwi slices together. Tuck squares of Lavender Rose chocolate throughout.
  3. Garnish. Sprinkle with bee pollen and rose petals, then finish with lavender sprigs and edible flowers.

  1. Best served the same day for freshest fruit and florals.
