Spring & Mulberry Date-Sweetened Dark Chocolate Bar of your choice (we used Pure Dark)

tablespoons unsalted butter (we like Maple Hill Creamery’s grass-fed)

1

fresh baguette

Flaky sea salt, for topping

Directions
  1. Prepare. Slice the baguette into 4 pieces, then cut each piece in half lengthwise to create sandwich-style slices.
  2. Butter. Spread butter generously over the cut sides of the bread.
  3. Add chocolate. Layer pieces of the Pure Dark Bar onto half of the buttered baguette slices.4. Assemble. Close sandwiches with the remaining bread slices.
  4. Warm. Toast in a skillet or panini press over medium heat until the bread is golden and the chocolate just begins to melt.
  5. Serve. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and enjoy warm.
