pint fresh organic strawberries, hulled and halved

tablespoons fresh basil leaves, torn

tablespoons Kosterina Crushed Strawberry Vinegar

Spring & Mulberry Pure Dark Date-Sweetened Chocolate Bar, broken into squares

Directions
  1. Prepare strawberries. Wash, hull, and halve strawberries.Add herbs. Toss strawberries gently with basil and mint leaves.
  2. Dress salad. Drizzle with Kosterina Crushed Strawberry Vinegar and toss lightly to coat.Finish with chocolate. Arrange on a platter and tuck in squares of Spring & Mulberry Pure Dark chocolate.
