Ingredients
Serving Size: Serves 4-6

Spring & Mulberry Essence Bar (Pure Dark, Coffee, Blood Orange, Earl Grey, or Mint), broken into chunks

Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (we like Brightland’s Alive)

Directions
  1. Melt chocolate. Break Pure Dark Bar into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add oil. Stir in olive oil, then microwave for 30 seconds. Mix until chocolate is smooth and glossy. The tecture should be very thin - add more oil as required.
  3. Serve. Pour warm chocolate immediately over scoops of frozen dessert (we love Frankie & Jo’s date-sweetened ice cream) and pop in the freezer to harden for a few minutes.
  4. Finish. Top with seasonal fruit or edible flowers, and enjoy!
Notes
  1. Works beautifully over ice cream, frozen yogurt, or even chilled fruit.
