Chocolate Dipped Fruit

About This Recipe

An effortless classic that never goes out of style: ripe, seasonal fruit dipped in velvety, date-sweetened dark chocolate. Using Spring & Mulberry Pure Dark Bars, each bite is balanced — fresh, juicy sweetness meets smooth, indulgent cacao. Perfect for entertaining, gifting, or simply treating yourself.

Ingredients
Serving Size: Serves 4-6
2

Spring & Mulberry Pure Dark Date-Sweetened Chocolate Bars, broken into pieces

2

ripe peaches or apricots, sliced into wedges

4

fresh figs, halved

1

cup fresh blackberries

2

small pears, sliced into wedges

Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling (we like Jacobsen Sea Salt)

Directions
  1. Prepare fruit. Wash and thoroughly dry all fruit (moisture will keep chocolate from sticking). Slice peaches, apricots, and pears into wedges; halve figs. Leave blackberries whole.
  2. Melt chocolate. Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
  3. Dip fruit. Dip each piece of fruit halfway into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Finish. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  5. Chill. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, until chocolate is set.
  6. Serve. Arrange on a platter and enjoy immediately.
