Ingredients
Serving Size: 6
1

Spring & Mulberry Pure Dark Bar

2

2 ripe avocados

1

cup milk of choice, plus more as needed

3

3 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder

4

4 whole dates, pitted, plus more for desired sweetness

1

teaspoon vanilla extract

¼

cup chia seeds

Pinch of salt

Directions

1. Break the Pure Dark bar into small pieces, then microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth.
2. Add the melted chocolate, avocados, milk, cacao powder, dates, vanilla, salt, and chia seeds to a blender.
3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add additional milk, a splash at a time, until you reach your desired pudding consistency.
4. Taste and blend in additional dates if you'd like it sweeter.
5. Transfer the pudding to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until chilled and set. Enjoy as is, or top with melted chocolate, fresh berries, or a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
