Ingredients

Spring & Mulberry Pure Dark Date-Sweetened Dark Chocolate Bar, chopped (reserve portion for garnish)

frozen Banana, sliced

¼

cup organic cherries, pitted

Medjool dates, pitted

¾

cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

Dash of vanilla bean extract, as desired

Directions
  1. Prepare the ingredients: slice and freeze the banana if not already frozen, pit the cherries, and remove the pits from the Medjool dates.
  2. Roughly chop the Spring & Mulberry Pure Dark Bar, setting aside half for garnish.
  3. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen banana, cherries, dates, half of the chopped chocolate bar, milk, and vanilla bean.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
  5. For garnish, finely chop or gently melt the reserved chocolate.
  6. Dip the rim of your glass in melted chocolate or sprinkle chopped chocolate over the shake.
  7. Pour into a tall glass, finish with the chocolate garnish, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
  1. For more of a smoothie, add just 1 Medjool Date. For more of an indulgent shake, add 3.
