The Mulberry Club Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 28, 2026.

The Mulberry Club is Spring & Mulberry's free loyalty program. These terms explain how membership, points, rewards, referrals, and VIP tiers work on the store.

Joining the club

To participate, create and use your own Spring & Mulberry customer account. Membership is free and intended for individual, personal use. Please keep one account per person and provide accurate account information. Points and rewards belong to the account that earned them and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

Earning points

Members may earn points on eligible purchases and on the activities listed on the Mulberry Club page, such as account creation, email signup, social actions, or an eligible subscription. The number of points and any limits for each activity are shown with that offer. An activity qualifies only once unless the offer expressly says it can be repeated. Email signup points require a valid opt-in; joining the club alone does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Purchase points are calculated on eligible paid purchases under the rule in effect when the order is placed. Canceled or refunded orders, returned items, and fraudulent or duplicate activity do not qualify; points already issued for them may be reversed. Points may take time to appear in your account after an eligible activity or order is completed.

Using points and rewards

Points may be redeemed at a rate of 100 points for $1 toward an eligible discount. Available rewards, minimum point balances, order minimums, exclusions, and any coupon expiration or use limits will be shown when you redeem. A reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Discount codes and other offers are subject to their displayed conditions and Shopify checkout eligibility; a reward is not guaranteed to combine with another promotion.

VIP tiers

VIP tiers are based on eligible lifetime spending as a rewards customer beginning September 28, 2026. Sweet begins at $0 and earns 1 point per $1 spent. Sweeter begins at $750 and earns 2 points per $1 spent. The higher earning rate applies to eligible future orders after you enter Sweeter; it does not change points already earned.

The Sweeter shipping benefit is a one-time free-shipping code for one eligible order with at least $65 in products after applicable combinable discounts, before taxes and shipping, to destinations where Spring & Mulberry offers shipping. The code is limited to one use per customer. Other shipping offers may have different thresholds. Sweeter members may receive early access to select sales when offered. Access details and timing will be communicated for each eligible sale.

Referrals

When a referral offer is available, use your personal referral link and follow the conditions shown with that offer. A referred friend must be an eligible new customer and complete any qualifying purchase before a referral reward is issued. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, canceled or refunded orders, and other attempts to misuse a referral offer do not qualify. The reward amount and any order minimum will be shown with the offer.

Account changes and program updates

If an eligible order is returned or refunded, we may remove the related points or adjust a reward or VIP milestone. We may also correct errors, investigate suspected misuse, and suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. We may update or end the program or change its offers, with notice when required by applicable law. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
